My Story I spend my early years of my career in the Primary health care setting in public sector as a clinician and then climb the higher echelons of Management within the PHC setting. Following 14 years of dedication and commitment in the public sector I then ventured into the Private sector when I joined the NPO environment expanding my horizons and exploring more opportunities and development. My interest in the HIV and Aids management became more hence the move. I was actively involved in the training and development programmes, stakeholder management and health systems strengthening. I climbed ladders from Area management to district training manager and then overall management of the district as a district manager.
